I live on the Bayou Teche in New Iberia, Louisiana. I am passionate about teaching, poetry, Charlie my schnoodle, my three daughters, and dancing with my husband of nearly 30 years. I write to escape, and I write to experience. I write to know what I know, and sometimes just because it's fun to play with words.
